Mom is feeding me with all those goodies and I just couldn't resist the temptation by the food presented right in front of me. Eat them all of course!! Went Taylor's today. Met up with Mandy & Tiong Sun for lunch. Saw my A-level thinking skills teacher - Ms Navina, who was busy on the phone. Had a long chat with Ms Wong. Went searching for Kimberly but she was around I guess. Tried searching for Ms Shirley but couldn't find her elsewhere. That goes my noon. But that's pretty good! At least I get to meet some people before I leave tomorrow.
Yes, I'm leaving. I'll be taking the morning flight from Kuala Lumpur to Hong Kong tomorrow. After that, back to Taiwan for 2 weeks and THEN I WILL VISIT JESSELYN IN SARAWAK!! Quite a busy schedule right? XD!! So, anyone who wants to meet up with me, remember to make an appointment beforehand!! *Heh*

Frustration

Those people who cut queue is a frustration to me, especially ADULTS! Kenny Sia blogged about those typical CHINA Chinese cutting queues basically everywhere in the world. In fact, they are PRO queue cutters.

Let me introduce another race of PRO queue cutters - Malays! Ok ok, not all Malays do that but I realised that many Malay families do so. Their tactics are more or less the same. They started lining up in the line, then one of their family members would walk towards the line and pretend to look at the menu board. Without letting the person in front of them notice, they just cut in. These "PRO queue cutters" are either kids, mothers or grandmas. Why suddenly blog about this you might ask. Well, this happened to me today which made me really sick of the no manners Malays. In Australia, I see kids intending to cut queues but their parents would stop them and apologise. My reaction is always a smile back & two words - "It's okay~" BUT I cannot tolerate the Malay parents seeing their kids cutting queue & act as if nothing happened. Eventually, cut queue with them. Hello? Are you kidding me? Encouraging your own kids to do such a LOW act? Even the adults themselves do so, how are they suppose to teach their kids? I know I can't conclude that ALL Malays do so, but what I see was that MOST of them DO.

Ok ok.. back to my story. I was lining up behind a Chinese guy, waiting to buy my mom's Vanilla Cone Sundae. The queue was long and the flow was slow. After a long wait, I was still far away from the server, waiting patiently. When I was getting closer and closer to the server, a Malay family lined up behind me. As I've mentioned above, typical Malay tactic, the mother went towards the cashier and stood beside the person being served, pretending to check out the menu board. She was happily waiting there while I was staring at her furiously. There were two thoughts in me after that.

2. Tell her that she's wrong
   

After the Chinese guy in front of me was being served, the Malay lady immediately asked for her order. I picked 2. "Excuse me, I'm sorry but do you know that it's wrong to cut queues? The line goes that way." *Pointing to the direction behind me* At first, she gave excuses such as "I lined up here." So I replied, "But I'm sorry, I'm behind the guy. The line goes in that direction." The Malay lady got really embarrassed and kept quiet.

In my opinion, we should voice up for the right thing. Don't be shy! Let's just hope that the Malay lady does not cut queue anymore after today's incident. Although cutting queues might be a small matter, but think of it in another way. We sure want to leave a good impression to the others right? A small action such as cutting queues affects the impression of the locals to the foreigners. So... yea!

I didn't know how I gain that courage to point out the mistake to that lady. I usually let it be but have no idea why I voiced up this time... Maybe I just couldn't stand people doing the wrong thing again and again? Or maybe I learned to speak up as long as I know that I'm right.

3 perms in 3 weeks

1st Perm - 29th Nov 2006
"Mom, I wanna cut my hair."
"Why don't you perm it as well?"
"Oh..."
Since mom wanted me to do so, Jesselyn also said so, sis-in-law too, as well as Serene.... ok, let me give it a try. The hairdresser suggested EVA perm, the most popular perm in Korea, Taiwan and Japan. Moreover, using the mildest natural "chemical", it does not harm our hair...

2nd Perm - 6th Dec 2006
2 days later, after my first hair-wash... *straight straight straight*!! My hair straightened by itself...
There I go, visit the hairdresser the second time. This time the hairdresser changed to another chemical.

Taken a few days after the 2nd perm... better results since it lasted for a week!

3rd Perm - 14th Dec 2006
Straighten again... *faint*
The hairdresser nearly fainted too! This time he said he'll use another chemical. However, when he called to the headquarter, they suggested not to use that chemical on my hair. That chemical is too strong for me. He has no choice but to use another kind of perm - digital perm. The duration of this perm is shorter BUT... It stinks!! Can't wash my hair for 2 days that means it will stink for 2 DAYS!! Gosh!!

Relieve

Guess I was wrong... it isn't a bad week afterall!

• rashes are getting better... lighter spots...
• will our bikes be fine? (Hopefully...)
• exam result is out... the good news is that I passed everything! Bad news is that I didn't do well! Anyway, think of the bright side! I PASSED! *Thank God* *Thank Tiong Sun* Oh yea, like what Jesselyn said *Thank Pak Pak*... PLUS I wanna thank Jesselyn and Serene for the support during my most stressful period.
  
• zits are getting better I suppose... not as swollen as before
• er.. maintaining at my new weight... considered good? *sigh* I WANNA LOSE WEIGHT for heaven's sake! I don't wanna be a BIG FAT PIG when I return to Newcastle!!
• Itchiness eased...
• In addition, I'm meeting May tomorrow!! Finally! Get to see her after so long!!
  
• I'm flying to Hong Kong this Saturday morning and will be flying back to Taiwan after the 5-day-trip in Hong Kong! I'm escaping from Pak Pak's 魔"指" for a couple of weeks! XD!! Considered as good news I suppose? *wink wink*

Seafood Allergy strikes again.....

Great! *Roll Eyes* This is so gonna be a BAD week!

• Started having rashes all over my body... assumed that I had "sotong" accidentally and got struck by seafood allergy
• Sze Yee sent a mail regarding our bikes in Morpeth... Might be given away for charity! O_O!! Gosh! I don't want it to be given away! My precious bus double 'O'!
• Exam result is coming out in less than 2 days! 44 hours and 33 mins to be exact at this point of time! No point worrying I know but still I am!
• No face to meet anyone due to the red and swollen, full-of-zits face plus the rashes caused by "sotong"!!
  
• Put on weight - big butt and chubby face! DANG!
• Ulcer ulcer ulcer!! That did not happen in Australia ok? Guess it's really too heaty in Malaysia. *Hot Hot Hot*

Kill Time

There I go, survived till now, Gong Gong-less... *Heh* Anyway, he will be back soon but in BUSY MODE. Doesn't matter, I still have Sexy Hu who sacrificed her credit to sms me while I get to send her plenty of free sms!

Rightz... I have no mood to blog, but I'm seriously bored! Like what Benedict said, "simply write then can lor!" Hmm! Yea, probably I should blog to kill some time. Did quite a number of things these few days.

I told Gong Gong to eat more so that I can see a fat gong gong when he's back BUT NOW I'm eating more and probably putting on weight in a faster rate than him!! REALLY OMG!


Plus acnes kept on appearing on my face! I have no idea what's wrong!! What's with Malaysia??? My face seemed to be red and swollen, especially around my cheek as if I got sunburnt! It itches once in a while...


I want my smooth face back! I want my figures back! *sob sob* 沒臉見人啦!!!

*Sigh* Gong Gong will be away for 5 days! 5 freaking DAYS!!
I know it's just a hand full of days but it will be soooo freaking boring!! Who else's gonna call me if he is not around? *sob*
1 day without being disturbed by him is already a torture! Not to mention 5 freaking days!! Ok ok, I admit that I'm addicted to his bullies!! So have a safe trip and please come back fast fast in ONE PIECE!! Remember to eat more! I wanna see a fat Gong Gong when you're back! Don't forget my souvenirs too!


I'm prepared to have my phone in silence for the next 5 days.

Virginity given away!?! (Re-edited)

Guess what? Believe it or not, my virgin Swensen dinner was given away last night!! What I regretted the most was that I did NOT take any photos!! Gosh!! Anyway, even if I've taken any photos, I won't be able to upload them onto my blog. Blogger Beta is weird and I dislike it! Dang!

Rightz... scanning through the menu I seriously didn't know what I should order.
Pasta? Eww! Cheesy disgusting pasta nearly whole year in Australia...
Burger? urgh!
Chicken? Eeee... whole year chicken in Australia! Chicken phobia or should I say alektorophobia!
Steak? Steak meh? I just had Steak in San Fransisco Steakhouse the night before...
In the end, I picked fish & chips. I know it's a very common dish in Aussie but I seldom order that so... doesn't matter.

It so happened that Gong Gong had Steak in San Fransisco Steakhouse the previous night as well. Hahaha!! Coincidence only... therefore he was thinking of fish & chips. Nevertheless, he did not want to order the same thing, thus he had a chicken burger instead.

After main meal, we were scanning through the menu for dessert. I remembered Shook Hui telling me that their "Earthquake" ice-cream is SUPERB!! It was fairly big portion and we doubt two bloated people can finish that, therefore we had banana split. I'm quite picky in ice-cream. I think only the strawberry flavoured one taste nice. Vanilla and Chocolate were just normal.

Next, was the horror movie I was craving for! For god sake! Only Gong Gong bothered accompany me for horror movies! I'm a horror movie freak you know. While discussing what horror we will be watching, I even told him, "Why don't we watch all the horrors in one day? - One miss call final, Death Note, Possessed and The Host"!" I know I'm crazy!! What to do? Only Gong Gong bothered accompany me for these movies and he will not be free after Tuesday! Gotta make full use of his time when he's free! *Heh*

In the end, we came to a conclusion - let's watch One miss call final first. Ooo! Before I forget, this is my first time watching late night movie - 11.15pm. Another virginity given away. We rushed from Subang to Midvalley within 15 minutes! Oops, actually less than 15 minutes! I know this is crazy!!

Movie ended at 1.25am... Frankly speaking, I cannot link One miss call 1, 2 & Final together! Anyway, I just know that One miss call 2 and final are both linked to One miss call 1. Blur case. I seriously don't know how to rate the movie. It's NOT so good yet NOT that bad. 6.5 or 7 out of 10 perhaps? I know I'm picky. =p

I ended up returning home at 1.50am? It can be earlier actually, but Gong Gong went the wrong way. Did a BIG turn from Subang into Sunway instead. It's an exhausting day. I fell asleep right after my head hit the pillow. *Oink Oink*

So... When will be the next horror movie be?

San Francisco Steakhouse (Re-edited)

You must think that I'm crazy! Western food in Malaysia after spending almost a year in Australia. Oh well, believe it or not, I've only eaten steak once in "The Brewery" during my Birthday and that's that!

This day, as I have appointment with my hairdresser, I could only meet him in the evening. TK, Pak Pak, Kit Kit & I then met up in Pyramid, watch movie and hang around there.

What comes into your mind when you first hear "Casino Royale"?
Sounds cool? Sounds interesting?
Trust me, it is a boring movie... for me. THAT James Bond (Starring Daniel Craig) is not yao yeng at all!! *faint* VERY VERY disappointed... almost fell asleep while watching!! I don't even have a clue what that movie is all about!!

Quite a miserable day leh.. friend came all the way from Singapore and what I did was accompany him watch a lousy movie! Moreover I didn't even send him off when he's going back! Sorry yea... I'll see you back in Newcastle!

Malaysia Malaysia Malaysia

(26th November 2006)

Yes yes yes!! After 8 hours flight, I've finally reached Malaysia... It's a tiring journey from Newcastle to Sydney as we have many luggages or should I say "I" have alot of things to carry. However, I shouldn't complain as Pak Pak was the one doing the job. (Thanks!)

Caught the 9.30am train from Broadmeadow to Central. Not to forget, our luggages occupied 4 seats while both of us occupied another 4. (*Bow* apology to the passengers on the train that day) Reached the airport just in time for checking in. By the time we reached the counter, the line was already very long... And thank goodness that we did not exceed the weight limit!

Before heading towards the boarding room, we saw Hazel getting stalked by the custom... Does she look like a terrorist!?! Gosh!! Australians are just too paranoid la...

Our flight delayed for 30 minutes and therefore we reached Malaysia half an hour late. Before taking off, I was so excited 'coz there will be many movies for me to watch... However, I fell asleep while taking off. When I woke up once again, it was 20 minutes later. That was when the stewardess distributing the arrival and departure form to the non-Malaysians. That counts me in. Thank god I woke up on time, or else I'm so gonna miss it! After filling the form, I excitedly tampered on the buttons, however, the entertainment was not working!! =( And most importantly, where's our headphone!?! OMG!! That must be distributed when both of us fell asleep. Just before I was planning to ask for headphone, we found out that we have it on our laps. Fine then! No movie to watch, no game to play, at least we have music to listen to.

Yea, piggy me fell asleep once again and got waken up for "lunch"?? I totally have no idea what meal that was as it was in between lunch and dinner time. When I finished my meal, just before I wanted to continue sleeping (yes, I'm a pig), I realised that entertainment started working!! Hurrrrray!! So, that was how I kill time on my flight until the last 2 hours, I fell asleep again. Hahaha.. so basically what we did was watch movie, crap and sleep. And sleep took up most of my time. XD!!

I was soooo excited when we landed!! I can finally see my mom after soooo long!! Yay!! Yeap yeap... I rushed out to my family after collecting my luggage without saying goodbye to others especially to Pak Pak who helped me throughout. Ok la.. I know you are not a "small gas" person right?

So.. "Cya my dears - Shin Chin, Yee Wern, Angeline and Xin Yeng!"
Ooo.. I DID say goodbye to sis-in-law though!

However, I suffered from jet lag when I reached home. Felt really dizzy and felt like vomiting. Terrible!! BUT.. who cares! I'm back in Malaysia! The following days will be wonderful and I know that!
