Post Test + Paranoid + Phobia

After hard time studying for both Anatomy and Pathophysiology, I am still not satisfied with the performance during the tests. I think I have already tried my very best to memorise and understand the types of joints, name of muscles, functions, cause of diseases and etc...
I might be suffering from anterograde amnesia!! I seriously cannot remember what I had studied previously and everything I read again seemed so new so fresh to me!!
Gosh... How am I suppose to survive with such bad memory?
Recalling from what I've studied last night, drugs (caffeine and nicotine) help in memory. I thought caffeine and nicotine should be harmful to the nervous system!! Why all of a sudden this statement appears in our lecture notes? I'm getting myself confused.
Thinking twice, I don't think I'm suffering from anterograde amnesia anymore since I could still remember bits and pieces of information that I've studied. Based on what I've studied, this bits and pieces should be considered as short-term memory. I have no clue whether it is explicit or implicit memories.
I wonder how to upgrade my primary short-term memories to secondary long-term memories or even tertiary long-term memories!! Guess I just have to try include them in my daily lives.

Hmm... I'm starting to get this phobia going home alone since a couple of incidence happened recently. First was a girl being followed on her way back, then was another girl being assaulted by 3 men. I felt paranoid even going home alone during mid-noon!!! >_<
